All finalized branding assets, typography parameters, and vector logotypes remain property of PrimeDesignCore until full financial compensation (as defined in your invoice agreement or Stripe checkout link) has cleared.

Jurisdiction

All commercial disputes arising from agency contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with legal venue registered in Kirchhain.

Due to the bespoke intellectual nature of brand identity development and strategic positioning services:

• Cancellations prior to project kick-off and technical scoping are eligible for a 100% refund minus transactional processing fees.
• Once design sprints or discovery audits have commenced, deposits are strictly non-refundable due to allocated architectural hours.
